To err is human. I telephoned and they will have my prescription ready for when I come in. Great service!

I have exactly thee same experience as others who have written a review. I could go into detail but, to sum up, the pharmacy are constantly accusing the doctors of not sending prescriptions and, when they are there, nobody can find them. There must be people looking for jobs who would be more efficient than the crowd that work there.
Staff don't seem to have any idea what is going on, or any desire to provide a helpful service. I phoned early one morning to ask if my prescription had been filled, and was told the prescription arrived from the doctor's surgery 3 days earlier. When I asked if it was ready to be picked up I was told, "I suspect so". I took time off work to drive over to pick it up. Needless to say when I got there the staff searched around in baskets, on shelves and countertops, under piles of paper, etc, looking for my prescription, as they had done on previous occasions for other visits to pick up prescriptions. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and obviously they had no system to organize what was ready to be picked up. Finally, they realized that they had made a mistake and that they were looking at another prescription on their computer screen from a month earlier. No one actually checked to see if my current prescription was ready. What a waste of my time that could have been avoided if the person on the phone had made even a minimal effort to check if indeed my prescription had been prepared. Its not rocket science and for a village pharmacy that is not so busy, you'd think that they could put 2 and 2 together and come up with 4. Not really confident of their competence, and definitely not impressed with their (lack of) service.
