Wont let you collect your own parcels, even if you have ID and can see your parcel sat on the shelf in front of you. And I was there to collect another parcel for the same address. All because we dont have the silly red card. So now I have had to re- arrange a delivery over the phone, so the postman will have to pick up my parcel from the post office and load it in his van and redeliver it to my address wasting his time, their time, wasting fuel, wasting my time, and just being a complete inconvenience to everyone. So much for local friendly helpful village community spirit. Are they going to get thrown in prison because they cant scan a card? I very much doubt it. What a complete joke!!!
