We at AIRWAVES AERIALS have worked with Grant at Cottenham Park for many years and have been impressed by the standards he requires from his subcontractors. We have noticed the excellent upkeep and very high standards of the park homes and the appearance of the site achieved by Grant every time we call.
Having moved here from Kent in July 2016 , I was made to feel welcome straight away. The Park is very well maintained, and the Lakes are an added bonus . The neighbours are really friendly and are there for you if needed . A good place to live and handy for the village amenities and nearby road links to Cambridge and the rest of the country.I am really glad I moved here ! 10/10
I have lived on Cottenham Park for 13 years now and have found it to be friendly, well kept and quiet. It is nice to be able in the Summer to take a walk around the Park which has 2 lakes with an extensive green around, plus seats to sit and contemplate nature or read a book. Indeed in the past I looked after my granddaughter who loved to play on the green, obviously with supervision because of the lakes, and we used to watch the fish, the swans and ducks She also liked to invent games for us to play. Now she is more grown up I still find it therapeutic to sit or walk down by the lakes on my own or with friends, who are always very impressed by the peacefulness of the Park. I wouldn't really wish to live anywhere else.Valerie Apperly
If you are considering park home living, we really cannot think of a nicer place to live. After down sizing 3 years ago, we have never been happier, very well maintained by the owner, with a lovely lakeside area. It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
