Medical staff helpful and explain treatment in a manor easy to understand without being condescending. Angela on reception always gives you the impression she remembers you and your pet which if she actually does is brilliant hats off to her but whatever the reality you are made to feel 'part' of the team looking after your pet. I think this practice gives a first rate service. The staff are cheerful, friendly and sympatheic when needed. I trust the vets to give me honest advice about the welfare of my animals. I feel I can have an educated discussion about the care of my pets and am always involved in decisions about treatment. I think the vets really know my animals and they always greet the like they were their own. I feel that the fees are reasonable. I'm glad I have the practice and hospital to turn to for help and advice about my pets.
